The Center works closely with collegeadministrative professionals to provide consulting training and customer support as well as developingsoftware enhancements to SunGard Higher Education Banner software system.TECHNICAL WRITER(PROGRAMMER/ANALYST)(#2077J) The Center is seeking an innovative individual with strong organizational and communicationskills to prepare and maintain technical documentation manuals release notes and publications. Thisposition is also responsible for working closely with programming staff and Solution Specialists toimprove existing documentation and organize training materials. The candidate should have the ability tomaintain an understanding of software applications and prepare written material following standardguidelines for technical publications. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Preferred:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Science Technical Writing English or Business.Experience in technical writing; excellent writing and editing skills; strong verbal and interpersonalcommunication skills; broad understanding of word processing and documentation applications;programming experience.
