Installation Instructions (Read Carefully Before Starting Project)

Tools Needed:
Torque Wrench
Sensor Safe High-Temp Silicone Sealer
Universal three prong puller
Socket Set
Parts Needed:
New Crank pulley Bolt (Ford part # F5RZ-6A340-B)
1: Verify that your kit has all the parts included. The kit comes complete with a
smaller iron crank pulley, an oversized water pump pulley, and the instructions.
2: Remove the air intake, this step isnt required but makes for a much easier
installation when you are not fighting the OEM rubber intake tube or a cast CAI
tube. I have also found it helpful to remove the electric fan by removing the two
