Example of Duties The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority currently has a full-time position for an PeopleSoft Business Analyst. The position provides Oracle Enterprise One (formerly J.D. Edwards One World) functional and technical support to the Authority Procurement team which includes Support for the Requisition Self Service, Purchasing, Inventory and Receiving modules. The Position also supports the Procurement team system users. The individual will be self-directed and collaborate with others in a team oriented environment and: Supports the Procurement module of Oracles Enterprise One version 8.11 and several related Authority custom application areas; Works with staff to define business and reporting requirements; translates requirements them to a functional and technical specifications for enhancements and/or other reporting application issues; Oversees the design, development, documentation and implementation of new or existing processes; recommends improvements to existing modules; Oversees modification application of module specific ESUs and Service Packs; conducts system and regression testing; Provides implementation and upgrade support; provides on-going user training; develops training materials and user documentation; Designs reports (Crystal Reports); supports Authority production system; Collaborate with staff, vendors and consultants to streamline work processes; recommends ways to improve operations and decrease turnaround times; Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, business or public Administration or a closely related field. At least two years of progressively responsible professional experience performing administrative, operational, financial and/or similar analyses; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience with Enterprise One Procurement module or finance functions and Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred. However, experience with other ERP software module; experience with the Enterprise One development toolset and Crystal Reports is a plus.
