Driving at low PSI can cause the strut to bottom out. Repeated bottoming
out can cause the strut to fail. Failure resulting from repeated bottoming out is
not covered under warranty. Remove the O.E.M. bushings and sleeve and O.E.M. washer
from the O.E.M. strut and retain for later use. Discard the
remaining pieces of the O.E.M. strut It is helpful to attach the air line to the strut and run the
air line through the previously cut hole before securing the new
strut in place (Figure 11). Refer to section V for complete air
management system installation instructions.
